SEBASTAIN KOSIARZ
Sebastian Kosiarz is the Founder and CEO of Euro Soccer Direct, created to provide structured, credible pathways into European football academies and clubs. A former professional footballer, Sebastian played in Germany with VfB Stuttgart, where he gained direct exposure to the standards, discipline, and development philosophy that define European football education. That firsthand experience shaped his understanding of what clubs expect and what players must earn.
After his playing career, Sebastian focused on building a system that prioritizes preparation, evaluation, and fit over exposure-based showcases or empty promises. Under his leadership, Euro Soccer Direct works to align players with appropriate academy environments while supporting clubs through pre-screening, development partnerships, and responsible placement practices. His approach is intentionally selective and development-driven, emphasizing long-term progression, education, and merit at every stage.
